Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of game development ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Lead cross-functional teams including designers, artists, and developers to ensure smooth communication, collaboration, and alignment on project goals.
Anticipate potential issues, solve problems quickly, and minimize the risks to ensure projects stay on track.
Ensure the final product meets the quality expectations by coordinating playtests, gathering feedback, and iterating based on results.
Requirements
Proficiency with project management tools like Jira.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficient solutions to meet project goals.
Passion for games and game development.
Nice to have
Experience in game production or project management within the gaming industry.
Familiarity with game development tools like Unity, Unreal Engine and workflows.
Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment, with a focus on iterative game development.
Experience or knowledge managing game releases across multiple regions, languages, and platforms.
