TaleWorlds Entertainment is a leading game development company based in Ankara, Turkey. We are constantly striving to innovate and explore unique gameplay experiences in our critically acclaimed Mount&Blade game series. With the release of our next title, Mount&Blade II: Bannerlord, on the horizon, we are looking to expand our customer support team.
Positions are available for experienced community support specialists/assistants to join our team and assist customers via email, phone, online forums, and other platforms. The role entails acting as a bridge between our customers and development team to highlight issues and help to bring them to a successful conclusion.
Passion for computer games, especially the Mount & Blade series
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish
Able to deal with customer issues over a range of channels
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the game industry
Ability to work under own initiative, as well as, part of a team
Fine with flexible working hours

Good troubleshooting skills
